Chabad offers an amazing community shul, but also so much more. From holiday programs to Hebrew School to Bat Mitzvah Club to nursing home visits to community meals, Chabad's work impacts members of the Silver Spring community of all ages and life stages.
The Gan Montessori
The Gan provides an extremely high level of care to children ages 2 through Kindergarten in its beautiful campuses in Silver Spring. Our caring and committed staff, exceptional facilities, and engaging and warm curriculum bring the joy of Yiddishkeit to our youngest children.
Camp Gan Israel
What could be more fun than an amazing camp experience with trips, workshops, swimming, sports, and a spirit that is second to none?! Camp Gan Israel provides all that and more to over 400 children each summer. It provides a meaningful, fun, and exciting Jewish summer experience for children from many backgrounds. In addition, Gan Israel provides an excellent and enriching summer option for our teenage counselors.
